Who is responsible

Free sample pack
When you ask for the pack, I store your e-mail address, the date, the site language and whether you want news by e-mail. I need the address to send you the download link (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you tick the box for e-mails, I write to you about new packs and recordings (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time with one e-mail.
Quote form
What you send through the quote form (name, e-mail, link to your song, message) goes to my inbox and is used only to reply to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long and who else sees it
I keep the data until you ask me to delete it or withdraw your consent. The site and e-mail run on servers of dhosting.pl, who store them on my behalf. I never sell or pass your data on.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and you can object to its processing. Just e-mail me at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or the authority in your country.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers the language you chose.
